Pedestal Conveyors for Bag Sewing
Close your bags in line, without lifting them by hand. We build two versions: for mounting a sewing head or with a manual sewing machine. Both move each bag at a steady speed to sew 25 to 50 kg bags evenly and with less effort for the operator. Ideal for grain, seed, animal feed, fertilizer and sugar.

How does it work?
The operator places the filled bag on the belt and starts it with the foot pedal. The belt moves the bag at a steady speed through the sewing machine, which closes the top of the bag. A sensor coordinates start and stop so the belt is ready for the next bag. The result is a uniform seam on every bag, with no pulling or rework, and the operator no longer holds the weight of the bag while sewing. Works with paper, cotton, woven polypropylene (PP/PE) and jute bags.
