Warranty

Gamex Machines and Tools S.A. of C.V. guarantees all its equipment when it is operated under normal conditions for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured, for a period of 6 months against any type of manufacturing defect from the delivery date. The parts of the equipment and/or machinery covered in the warranty are:

Metal bodies of machinery and/or equipment

Structures of machinery and/or equipment

HEGAMEX® brand equipment integrated into the machinery and/or equipment.

Payments
Payment for the goods will be paid according to conditions accepted in each quote. In the event of delay in payment of the stipulated due dates, Maquinas y SERVICIOS Gamex S.A. of C.V. reserves the right, without prejudice to any other, to charge late payment interest, in accordance with those established in current legislation.

In the event of non-payment due to the return of items, the bank charges incurred will be borne by the Buyer.

Gamex Machines and Tools S.A. of C.V. ownership of the purchased merchandise is reserved until full payment thereof.

Extended Storage
As of June 5, 2021 Gamex Machines and Tools S.A. of C.V. reserves the right to charge a long-term storage fee for all equipment that has not been collected after 30 calendar days after notification of termination. This rate will be $14 MXN per m2 per day and may be debited from any advance payment that has been granted by the buyer.

Order cancellation

You and your company will have 24 calendar hours from any advance payment to request the cancellation of your order without penalty. After that period, a minimum penalty of 20% may be applied to the total cost of the equipment with the additional right of Machines and Tools. Gamex to compensate for any damage or prejudice that may have been caused. Any advance payment may be taken into account for this penalty.​
