WARRANTY

HEGAMEX guarantees all its equipment when it is operated under normal conditions for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured, for a period of 6 months against any type of manufacturing defect from the delivery date. The parts of the equipment and/or machinery covered in the warranty are:

Metal bodies of machinery and/or equipment

Structures of machinery and/or equipment

HEGAMEX® brand equipment integrated into the machinery and/or equipment.

The same supplier warranty will apply to electronic components.

​

The complete signed and sealed warranty document will be delivered to the client at the time of delivering the equipment.​
